There's almost as many configurations and types of gear as there are photographers; 35mm digital and film, single lens reflex (SLR & DSLR) , Medium Format (MF), Large Format, cropped sensor and micro 3/4 cameras, twin lens reflex (TLR), rangefinders, technical cameras, etc., etc.
The first camera I ever bought and owned was (and still is) my Olympus OM1 (film camera). I still shoot with it on occasions these days.
I also have a range of other film cameras that I use; a Rolleicord TLR, a canon 3000 and my trusty Olympus OM1. The Canon is a bit special to me as it something which I inherited from my father when he passed away a few years ago.
I also have a range of day-to-day digital cameras, with which I do the majority of my work.
These are my working Canon camera tools;
- Canon 1Dx Mk II - full frame 35mm
- Canon EOS M5, mirrorless 35mm
- Canon 5Ds - 50 MP, full frame 35mm
- Canon 6D Mk II, full frame
- Canon EOS R, full frame mirrorless
I use a range of professional level lenses
- 50mm f1.4
- 12-24mm f4
- 17-40mm f4 L series
- 24-70mm f2.8 L series
- 70-200mm f2.8
- 100-400 f5.6
- 24-105mm f4 L series
- 85mm f1.8
- 35mm f1.4 L series
My gear also includes a range of professional Canon Speedlite flashes and triggers, light modifiers (bounce, scrim and soft boxes), as well as Manfroto tripods and shutter release cables, etc.
My Medium Format studio camera;
I use a range of professional Hasselblad lenses
- 35mm
