That's one thing that I have gained from the last few months of challenges; to take a moment.
Stop, breathe, reflect, acknowledge and recognise that things have and may continue to be quite difficult and tough, but change is a constant, so things will change and will improve again in time
That doesn't diminish or dismiss the hard times that people are going through.
Those challenges are real and are stretching everyone, but it's also bringing people together in surprising ways, even though we're having to maintain social distancing and remote working.
Communities are rediscovering connections close to home and people are focussing on authenticity and valuing their local environments more
So out of these challenging global times we are reawakened to the importance and value of our own backyard, our own close communities and this place we call home
So take a moment
